Can Joker be played again?

Can Joker be played again?

Does it go in the discard pile like any other card, and can then be retrieved by playing hearts and played again?

In 3/4 player games: Yes, jokers are discarded when the enemy is defeated and then can be reshuffled in.

In solo: No, jokers are not a part of the deck.
