Also I'm pretty sure BGA staff don't even read these suggestions. I've seen suggestions that haven't been addressed for years on the official suggestion voting list.

Is the voice chat a pretty good feature? I never tried premium yet.

No it's pretty bad. It's better to get a discord account (which is free) and use it to chat with your friends. The Discord chat interface is more easy and smooth to use. Discord can also be used when switching games, while the site chat ends when you and your friends go to another game to play. It's only open during the one game you and your friends are playing.
