So how do I look at the discard pile

I'm seeing a nonclickable line that says "Discarded cards : 7" and seeing as how there's no takebacksies, I'd like to peruse the dc'd cards before I commit to building Halikarnassos stages. Or is it intentionally unavailable?

The discard pile is face-down and hidden as per the rules.
Halikarnassos is still pretty good. ;)
