End of game

It took me a while before I realised that the end of the game is not when the game is finished but when alle the scores have been added and such. It has cost me many karma points. I don't think this is fair. The end of the game is when the game is over in my opinion.

That behavior depends on the implementation of each specific game. Without knowing which game you're referring to, all I can do is speak generally.

Most BGA games are developed by volunteers. In fact, they're usually open for anyone to contribute to, in case that's something you're interested in. If you post this request in the specific game's subforum, you'll probably get a better response as to why that's happening. Maybe you'll even get a response from the developer himself.

Looking at your recent offenses, you left three Catan games at 88%, 38%, and 25%. Two weeks ago, you left two Ticket to Ride: Europe games at 1% and 89%, and a TtR game at 82%.

None of these are leaving a game "at the end." All of these seem to be quitting when you feel that you're not winning, well before the final scores are tallied. You can fix your reputation just by not doing that any more.

I have never ended a game on purpose.. I'm rather new to BGA but what happens is... the game (Catan of Ticket to Ride) says it is ended.. and then before the scores are completely added you can not go to another game or close your computer because then it will think you have ended prematurely. That is what happens and I don't think it is very fair

I think you are missing the point that games at well under 50% progress....especially 1%, assuming they track progress at all, could never give any indication that they are ended. or ending soon except for scoring. The last two Catan games you quit (including one today) the players were still rolling dice and collecting resources right before you quit.
