New Card Combination in Latest Rule Book?

Post by Skankityspence »

Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to Haggis, so please correct me if I am wrong.

I noticed there is a new card combination in the latest rule book (from PGC) that isn't playable on BGA. They refer to it as "Stairs" which is described as "a group of two or more consecutively ranked Sets that share the same suits." For example: red 6, red 7, blue 6, blue 7.

I tried playing this combination last night, but couldn't.

Am I mistaken? Or is this on purpose? Is there plans to implement this later?

Again, I am new to Haggis so this could be some user error on my part. Any help from the community is appreciated! :)

If you think you found a bug, report it through the bug report system and record where and when it happened (table and move number, the move you tried, and etc.).

This combination is described in the old rule book

Sequences
A sequence (or run) is a set of three or more singles, or two or more larger
sets (pairs, 3 of a kind, etc) of consecutive rank
. Each card in the set must
be of a same suit
