Why i can not start a turn based table in this game? Is it bug?

The game is - as far as I know - coded in a way that does not work turn based, so the game has been removed from the list.

That's really too bad as this is an ideal game for turn-based. (Real-time, lots of downtime when not your turn, long turns when it is your turn).
