Hi WiAiC, Commander in Chief is given for 10000 victories, but the description was wrong. Multitasker etc. are, as you supposed, for games played in parallel. In general, achievements are being worked on at the moment. Some weren't distributed retroactively. Does in parallel mean having like 10/30/...
