Why does 'Cant Stop' keep asking me to 'activate this tutorial' ?

There is nothing to click on to 'activate' the game and all I want to do is have a quick game against the 'computer'.

I end up just closing it down without having played anything.

Really irritating.

Is it possible to get a set of rules for this game without having to have a boardgamegeek account ? Thanks You have rules on GMT site but it's old version.
