Abandon a tournament

Hi everyone, I wanted to understand if anyone knows if it is possible to abandon a tournament, I'd like to renounce to play the rest of it but I don't find a way to retire. Should I abandon every single match? It means loosing points and karma. I don't see the reason why I can't just retire. Thx eve...
