Completely agree here too. We are a family of five Splendor fans and we would regularly play it on BGA rather than take out the box.

It's literally unplayable. Absolutely awful.

My child is a premium user and a high frequency player for over a year. There is nothing identifying in their bio.

My child just yelled for help because a player repeatedly tried to start a video chat at the table. The child denied the video repeatedly and the player abandoned the game.
