Uploading a custom avatar is now working for me. Bug appears to have been a server-side error since I've changed nothing on my end. My bug report can be closed.

Just for clarity, here's a recording of the error.

Prior to playing at least 20 rounds of games, I was getting the 20 game limit error. I have passed that minimum and now the upload dialog is available to me.

Every single time I try to upload an avatar image I get this error: "Error while updating your avatar image: Error during image resampling" I scaled the image down to 184x184 in size. And I've tried a host of export options to see if how I'm exporting it from GIMP is affecting the outcome....
