Arena: Is there ANY way to get a bit more info about your own arena stats, as well as your opponent's?

For the Arena mode, is there ANY (reasonable) way to get some useful informations about your own (or your opponent's!) stats, ranks, badges, season history? Why not? It's kinda frustrating - you have all the information stored in your DB anyway, why not display it, or make it accessible? Anything EL...
