When you timeout you lose points as you would lose the game. In addition your Karma gets a -10 penalty. I think most of those people timing out just queued and forgot about it, I used to do so a lot back when I started playing. There really should be a button to accept the game like in regular games

That is a tactic of BGA, if you are not premium, you can play some games and they "block you" after dozen of games. I know that because I had premium few times and everything works perfectly, when my premium account expires it still works great for 10-20 games and after that I cannot make...

Just the basic game. 2 players is preferred by the pros, even tho some also like multi, while casual players generally prefer 4p or 5p. 3p is usually never played since it's unbalanced, but it still makes some sense in a "do not be last" tournament format

While I like the concept, I don't think this is suitable for TTR because knowing what the initial set of objectives is, in most cases means knowing what the objectives taken are.
