Board Game Arena

Is there a place where we can see the ELO rankings similar to the Arena rankings? I'm always curious where I stand with relation to all other players for all of the various games I play.

Is it possible to add another nil bonus? I have a few friends I play with and after much discussion we wondered if it was possible to add a third option to the nil bonus. We'd like another option to make it 70 points instead of just the 50 or 100.
