The only reason I'm playing in friendly mode is because that's the only way to play with Prelude option in Terraforming Mars.

This isn't turn-based, friendly mode is still a real time game. What this other player is doing is abusive.

Is there a way to report for this behaviour? It isn't covered under any of the report options (although it is covered under one of the thumbs down options). He's intentionally taking 30 minutes between moves since it became clear that I would win, even though we are in the last round and probably ha...
