I'd like to know the answer to this too. As far as I know there isn't and you have to keep track of your own blocks and go directly to their profile to unblock them.

First the chat says that the message is too long. Chop it in half and it tells you that you have to wait 60 seconds between messages. Pretty sure the only time you aren't given the option to block is if the other person is stealing with the guest's favourite. Apart from using a favourite, I don't think I've ever seen the steal happen automatically even when I definitely don't have the right desserts to counter.
