Im playing Mentak, neighbors with Hacan that has 14 trade goods, never once has the game asked me if I wanted to pillage. I went in the timing settings and didnt see it as an offer.

Am I missing something?

I activated my system, I picked the units I want to move, but continue still seems to be greyed out. I have a feeling I am maybe missing something basic.
