So they allow people to use drugs in their nickname but saying that someone should learn the game gives you a penalty...

Same here... bad players can not stand when you say them to please learn te game. If you are unlucky and someone reports you , they give you a penalty. I mailed them 5 times wiith no, Zero, nada, answer. Investigation closed! I am looking for another place to play games! Edit: also from me: not 1 eu...
