Just checked the code. You are correct. Ties are ignored on both sections of the card.

I have the go-ahead from a TCG publisher to bring their games onto BGA. This would require the same functionality as Altered - importing deck lists prior to game start.

I want to make sure that this is possible before starting serious development. Who should I contact regarding this request?
