Would there be a show of lenience and awarding the legendary trophy to those who only missed one ?

Since determining the opponents is random and sometimes one is forced to play a very lower ranked player to whom if you lose you lose points but if you win you win nothing so no progress which is frustrating, can you make sure either players face other players in the same rank or at least win 1 poin...
