I believe it is 60 days and then they will disappear.

The only thing I can think of is conceded games not counting as you didn't finish it.

Some people just like to request a rematch, especially if they think their game had been fun, regardless of winning or losing. I don't think 40 wins against a less competitive-minded player is a violation of rules. Even if it is, does it matter if you aren't playing against them? Rankings are just ...

Yes if you change your current game to turn based it will let you start a new game

You can have turned based games running while you play a real time game, I just don't think you can start a new game when you have a real time game running
