Every single game I can think of that has a tournament format gives full points to a player who's opponent fails to show up. You want to punish a person because their opponent failed to show? No, but it would be trivial to automatically re-pair the players with no opponents right after their game h...

For a start because they grant 'free' points to players whose opponents didn't show up? I don't think it's the right way to do this, and while this may sound pretentious they definitely didn't get the best players to go through this way.

I'm sorry but in that case I have to press for disqualification of player yaroslav, it is 100% unacceptable that players receive advise during game and/or disrupt its course. Can anyone who has played today, or knows the answer, post the starting time CEST for all matches, so I at least get a small chance to turn up and make sure my opponents have to do something to accrue their score?

Sorry can't make heads or tails of this post... as far as I can see there are no pre-determined time slots? To make matters more complicated I'll be in the US for the second leg, but I'd at least want to ensure I join a series initially that fit my time zone in Europe.

Excellent changes regarding ELO, I have indeed noticed players abusing the system and this also will flush out of the top positions players who are inactive for long period (or no longer visiting). Thumbs up!
