current vote is once again overwhelming for return to 2 player. Let's hope this arena change it is actually applied

what I don't understand is why we have a second arena season with 3 player when the guru vote was overwhelming for switching to 2 player

Having now read it it doesn't answer the question of what the rules are.
It looks like several people think it was based on remaining thinking time ... that is not now the case so it must be something else.

Does anyone know what the actual rule is?
