Add variant without 4s for shorter games

This is especially true in 2 player games, but the strategy for playing 4s seems to almost always become a game of who can hold onto theirs the longest and safest, homogenizing the strategy for those types. In relation to that, when it does become a turn where someone must play one of those cards, t...

Re: Has anyone completed 4 cards in the 2nd round?

Can't say I've tried to go that extremely in that direction, but this is very funny.

And you even did it with one number left to draw!

Re: How do you complete a grid in the first round?

tl;dr Use bingo bonuses to create more than 9 plays in the first round. While you could rely on getting all nine lucky draws, keep in mind that a card will only ever have two of the sets of numbers (low:1,2,3, ; middle:4,5,6 ; high:7,8,9) so those draws will have to pretty skewed to not use quite a...

Feature Request: Disable lock by double tap/click

I understand the spirit of the feature to "write in pen", but in a game of tenths of a seconds, I cannot think of a single time that I've intentionally wanted to use that. Conversely, when I have found that a piece suddenly won't budge, I realize it's because at some point I must have fat ...

Re: Anyone completed all 6 boxes in a game?

And your final score was only 60? 60 is a decent score in an average game, and especially for a new player to pull this off before getting to 100 ELO is impressive (unless they are a smurf 💙) That being said, yeah, definitely don't put all your eggs in the "clear boards" and "max moo...

Re: HATING the new arena format!

I can't say I have experience with turn-based for this game, but I think that's because the quickness of the game caters to real-time formats, which most players are doing in Arena. Two player games were 4-10 minutes, now three player games are 7-15 minutes. Not too bad of an increase, but its certa...

Re: Has anyone completed two boxes on round 1?

However, unlike “miracle moves” in other games, this doesn’t make you much more likely to win, as you only ever get to complete six boxes in a whole game. Though you do score more for completing them sooner. Yes, but if we're talking point economy and an average amount of luck, it'd probably cost y...

Re: Has anyone completed two boxes on round 1?

Finally tripped into doing this. I definitely would never recommend a heavy numbers bonus/board clear strategy since it gets wasteful quickly. I had some bad luck in the latter rounds and only finished with a 62 (which is below average for me.) Doesn't mean I was any less excited to actually pull th...

Nailed it. Every player will get 6 cards just as you described over the course of the game.

Re: Rating system doesn't make sense

The two rounds aren't separate win-loss games. They have a score. Add up the scores for the final score. Kinda like those soccer tournaments where the teams play a home-and-home. Team A wins 3-0, then loses 0-1. Then they say "Team A won 3-1 on aggregate". It shouldn't be like this, given...
