If both players agree you can cancel the game. I think that is the only thing you can do. If it is 500 vs 100 ELO then both might agree. So you might just ask if they want to play.
I do not think arena player base is large enough for anything else.

Arena is usually more competitive, so I guess the chance of playing against high elo players is higher.
