You can go on any player's page and check anybody's given and received red thumbs that way. Turns out private red thumbs are not private afterall. You can go to any page (not just a profile page) and view the page source to see a list of red thumbs given and taken, but it's always your red thumbs.

As always, please rethink hiding ELO in cooperative games. It is a very useful metric to be able to see how experienced your fellow players are. Removing it helps nothing.
