Waiting times increase in last two weeks

Greetings.

I'm curious why waiting times on some popular 2 player games like Fluxx would have increased from 1min to 8min recently? In fact, other games seem to have increased as well, but I thought thay would be a good example to use as it only requires one other player and is fairly popular.

I mostly play IRL with my family, so I'd be looking for those games that I can't get to the table with them: 1. War of the Ring (2nd edition) with LoME and WoME expansions 2.
