Time Limit on Turn-Based Games (non-eliminated players not playing)

Is there a time limit for how long a turn-based game will stay in your active games? I've been stuck in a game that has had no plays made since Feb. 22nd, and I'm not able to quit the game or skip players out of time because I was eliminated. This game started on Jan. 8th, and has just been stagnant...
