Does it go in the discard pile like any other card, and can then be retrieved by playing hearts and played again?

If at any time the deck is empty, then the discard is shuffled and makes a new deck. Is that from the rules somewhere? I couldn't find it. But it doesn't sound right because you could discard a Shrimp and get it back immediately! Yes, there are only 18 cards so it's extremely limited in 5-players a...

Example: In a 5-player game, everyone starts with 3 cards, then the first player draws a card. That means there are only 2 cards left in the deck. Feature request: view all cards on board (instead of just the top card)

If several cards have been placed on the board, the game currently only allows you to see the top card. It would be super useful sometimes to see all the cards, e.g. to decide if it's worth picking up the top one to get to another one underneath. The rules don't seem to forbid it.
