Re: Fun game, but...

The best moment of that game was when I got the Renegade down to one hit point left and she wrote "Help!" in chat. That was both hilarious and totally fair. It was role-playing at its finest. I didn't break character and start pleading with the Sheriff to finish her off because I was total...

Re: Fun game, but...

A fair person knows what is cheating and what isn't. Dance on the head of a pin all you want, if it makes you feel better about it. If the intention is to cheat, then it's cheating. I just played a 7 player game and was the Deputy. It was the best game I ever played in because it was extremely confu...

Re: Fun game, but...

I have never seen a single person state in chat that they were the Deputy and be bluffing. If in fact people were generally chatting and bluffing about the role they are, then it wouldn't be cheating. I find it hard to believe, given the large number of games I have played of Bang! since introductio...

Re: Fun game, but...

here's a new one.... in a game tonight the Sheriff is shooting the guy next to him up and the target starts blurting in chat: "I'm the deputy! Stop!!!" clearly this is going to be a game that brings out the unsportsmanship in people in a major way. (Would you do that if you were playing wi...

Fun game, but...

There is a ton to like about this game. In particular the early part of the game where you are trying to figure out everybody's role, while trying to disguise your own. (Do you shoot the sheriff immediately if he's next to you, or delay that as long as possible so he thinks you might be the Deputy? ...

Re: "interesting" match

whatever their motivation was, I didn't give them thumbs downs, because I need all the help winning this tough game I can get.... and that was the easiest win ever.

"interesting" match

I was playing a 3-player game of Splendor this afternoon when it very quickly seemed to me that my two opponents were working together to reserve any card I had saved up gems to purchase. I checked their nationalities and they were both French. At first I thought, it's highly unlikely the same perso...

Re: terrible interface and performance

I'm not using an M1 chip. It's a Fall 2020 iMac, 27" screen.

All the other games I've played on here work fine.

I played Gaia Project once and don't recall any issues but that was quite awhile ago.

I will try a different browser sometime. (I normally use Safari).

terrible interface and performance

This seems like it is probably a really fun game if you buy the actual board game, but it's horrible on here. The interface is like some nightmare out of the early 90's and the performance on my computer is so bad it's basically unplayable. Like 10 seconds after I make a click before it responds to ...
