I think that changing the order of the draft is the best option. Having the second player immediately be able to select 2 champions after the first pick will make it much more balanced. That's what I proposed on BGG"variants" for the physical game in 2021. But it seem the designers didn't...

In the physical game you actually see opponent´s undo movements, so it´s fair if BGA adaptation do the same. Is the price one has to pay if you want to redo your turn.
