More precise stats at end of game

I am specifically thinking of Catan, but other games as well could be improved.
Instead of tenths, could we have stats be precise to 0,01 or even 0,001?
Comparing ressources/turn: 0,9 vs 0,9 vs 1,0 could become 0,86 vs 0,94 vs 0,96 and tell a lot more!

Very hard not to agree on this. Base time is way too high. Incremental is somewhat ok.
