I agree with no savvy here. That question mark isn't really prominent and having the full text explanations is much more accessible and helpful to new players.

Some rando just popped up in my online friends list as "Online near you" - How can I turn this off and how can I be sure I am not popping up in this for others?

Love the look of the new page, but like a few have mentioned, I cannot find the tutorial option .. even on games where I am sure they have one (since they are well-established and supported).
