I agree that after playing a lot of AOI with the current 1234 draft format that it is unbalanced. First pick Inventors is often GG. I find if you restrict the game to people with 75% Karma or more this problem goes away. But I agree, when I don't restrict who can join, there are a lot of people quitting games part way through!
