Basically do your best to avoid tie breakers getting to that unless you think you could sneak in a victory that way, and remember to try not to let your stones get that low as well. I can assure you I won't be running into any more tie breakers ever. I'm kinda glad I ran into this on the first game...

Yes I agree, especially that new players might not get the nuance of all the tie breakers.
