As you can see, I had less verifiers tested, and we had same number of rounds. Why is Flying Doom Cow winner?

We played at 3 players, which means we should be able to capture from two different locations (providing we have two workers and 2 coins available), but it only ever let us capture from one.

I can't quite get the replay to work as the game is still in progress maybe. Which power station did the water flow throw, and which basin did the water originate from? The only one I can see that your opponent could generate from and have it flow through your power station is the right middle basin...
