Board Game Arena

In my experience, at least in multi-player games, in a 24 turns a day game, someone always goes in the red within a day or two of it starting. I suspect a number of players just ignore/don't realise the game speed of the game they're entering, or maybe more likely, don't realise the playing hours, ...

An opponent in my current game has 3 warriors plus the tactics card Fighting Band.

By my calculation, his strength should be 4, but it shows instead as 3.

Is there anything that could possibly reduce his strength by 1? He doesn't have unhappiness.
