Through The Ages: Option to ban cards

Why isn't it possible to ban certain cards? in TTA 1v1 Napoleon is just imbalanced, very often a game is decided on who gets Napoleon and it's just frustrating. The card was clearly nerfed in later editions. Same goes with Hammurabi in Age A-I, the card is just too good. Ban them or give an option to.
