Re: Please

I play on mobile only and don't have the issue as described. However, my screen shifts and shakes whenever a new card is played to adjust to fit the newly played cards (or something to that effect). I used to be able to play 10+ games in one sitting but now I feel dizzy after just one game. Clearly ...

Re: How to swap the new design with the old one

I switched to this way of playing after my first few games with the new system. Unfortunately I have found some bugs that seem to be associated with this method? Specifically the cards in the middle discard piles don't properly update. Once one is drawn it continues to display as if it is in the mid...

Re: Graphics change

Oh, and I've tried to find that new edition this version is supposed to resemble. I cannot find anything similar! And even the latest designs I could find use the handshake iconography snd not this ridiculous "×2"! I think these "official comments" need to be evaluated and maybe...

Re: Graphics change

I am a game collector and fan of the games of Dr.Knizia and so I am aware that a new edition of Lost Cities was coming soon. This new graphics update is surely representative of that. I don't know how easy it would be to make the edition used a matter of user customization? Of course that would be p...

Re: Confused about how to make a "run" or set

Sum only ever matters when breaking ties between sets of the same types. Primarily refer to the ranking order of the different types of sets as I listed them in my initial response.

Re: Confused about how to make a "run" or set

The answer isn't complex. The basic rules of the game are that you're forming three card poker hands, but the ranking of those poker hands is the most important thing you must remember. Ranking in order of strength: "Straight flush" (three cards in a run and of the same color. Order played...

Re: Beta Feedback

I haven't tried speeding up animations, but in my feedback about the game was definitely going to be that the BGA implementation plays too slowly. The advantage of playing a simple card game like this digitally is that it does all the adding and shuffling for you. However, this implementation is far...

Re: New Interface

Just to add another data points, I have barely even noticed the numbers that appear during matches, and whilst initially a bit jarring, I enjoy the round scoring summary as it provides extra clarity about how well your opponents scored, how they scored, and how much they sacrificed with negative sco...

Why would anyone want to play this with more than 2p?

I can understand that if you're in person you might play this with 3-4 at times but on BGA? Even with how fast the turns are I don't think it's fun at all to wait for your turn in 3-4p and it adds pretty much nothing to the experience. It's a low interaction game. 2p definitely seems best to me. Whe...
