Re: Cards recently added to Consul Dirigens?

Eurogamez, Consul Dirigens contains 96 cards but is missing 24 cards from the colored WizKids expansions (6 expansions x 20 cards=120 cards - 96 cards = 24 cards) that are duplicates in the C (Corbarius) and D (Dulcinaria) decks (instead, Consul Dirigens contains 24 "parent" cards as a min...

Cards recently added to Consul Dirigens?

I have recently returned to BGA Agricola and have been trying to host 4-player draft games using the old card set (base + consul dirigens) - there are way too many cards otherwise imo I noticed there are cards recently added to the Consul Dirigens set - legworker (occ) and cookery extension (imp). T...

Re: Living Hand variant: Feedback thread

My Agricola game searches keep getting canceled because "Unexpected Error Living Hand Mode requires set all cards" but I have Never for Living Hand and All Cards in my options

Between 95 and 99% of my searches are canceled for this reason and it's ridiculous.

Great summary Lumin! Now, I nominate the following cards for banlist: ... I don't often play with the new cards. Out of the cards I am familiar with, I would not agree with these bans. They are all for "weak" cards: Wool Blankets, Building Tycoon, Roughcaster, Dutch Windmill, Sculpture, R...

Re: Agricola Statistics Update Apr-Sep 2022

Is there a way to parse these stats for real-time vs. turn-based games?

Thank you

Re: Non-playing Player who has signed up for A LOT of tournaments

I am in an Agricola Long Game Tournament where there are two non-players in my group and the solutions put forward here mostly would not affect them - they are only playing in this tournament, so they only play one game every 30 days (and time out of it because they make no moves). I think the best ...

Re: Writing Desk Timing

I received this message from Grzegorz at Lookout Games as a result of an inquiry:

“Yea, this card allows you to play 2 occupations in one go: first, you pay the normal cost for your first occupation granted by the Lessons action space; then, you pay 2 food to play a second occupation.”

Re: Writing Desk Timing

From the other thread you were in and saw, Lumin stated the key thing: Occ has to be first, effects like Teacher's Desk "when you use" an action space were ruled to need to come before taking any of the actions provided by the space The "Each time you use" is part of that ruling...

Re: Teacher's Desk / Priest

Of course, Graey/Lumin have it correct. It's a little surprising (to me at least) that the effects of the action space aren't resolved first. "When you use" is ambiguous and could imply a choice of sequence. Is the Occ first sequencing logic only used to accommodate online play ... or is ...
