And that is a problem. BGA don't need karma system at all if players could concede. Most of players quit because they forced to play a game that has already been lost.

Yeah. Let's make this punishment for internetional chess tournaments. When one player realizes he has already lost and forfeit, let's make his ELO halved. Than all chess players would be forced to do all the unneccisary moves to finish the game with checkmate. Is that what you want to see ?
