I'm most impressed that he found a way to only get 95pts. That's a regular score and he had 3/4 of the power 4

ELO factors relative ELO and your games played. If someone won 23pts in a game and they had a large ELO advantage over you - they either had a high K factor or there was a 3rd+ with a massive ELO advantage over both of you. At 300, the 3rd+ would need to be in the 400-500 range, so it's almost certa...
