Why we have a top 3 player that don't play against real enemy's?

This one still with win rate above 90%, he just play against enemy's 200- elo, alot of abandoned... Very strange. Without reason he red flag me without we have played ever... Very strange... He still growing rank and no one is talking about

I don't understand the reasoning of having all the noble buildings each time. Why would they not simply be added to the pool of buildings available for randomizing. Is it too difficult to program the noble unit availability to be dependent on if a nobles building is present in the game or not? I th...
