It seems to be that is more of a reaction to the hoarding attempt and shouldn't count as a turn.

Pretty sure that only the Active Player is supposed to end. That is the sense I get from the rules.

Maybe my game was glitching? However according to the tutorial and, seemingly, the written rules, a player should be able to do a combo of playing a pair with a tactic stack. When I played I had to choose one or the other and then my turn ended before I did the other. Is this a bug? Did anyone else ...
