Board Game Arena

When I play Arena I don't want to queue into people with ELO less than 200 since the skill gap is too high and it's not fun for either of us (my ELO is 600+). However when I use the restrict table access to filter out the average players, I still constantly queue into people with less than 200 ELO....

There's already a minimum 100 elo to play Arena. You need a few games (or win a game with a few players) to get 100 elo. Requiring any reasonable number of games (5, 10, 20) for playing Arena would not deter cheaters, they would just fake-play 5, 10, 20 games. Per account. Given the OP's complaint ...
