It doesn't slow done the game at all. The act of clicking the action takes the same amount of time.
Stalling if the other one has clearly more actions makes no sense but there are still the cases where it does mae.
People just need to play fast enough no matter what.

Why not simpler add an extra filter restricting the points difference in Elite League (like if you are 1900 and set it like to play with +/-200 you got those.
