It can feel a bit abrupt when someone conceeds. You're busy concentrating, andf then the bubble is suddenly popped, there can be a tinge of disappointment. I just wanted to say I absoloutedly agree with Squash Engineer (and other), but I think his comment nails it. It's nasty by desing. The design of the game is that you *see* the opponents board. Blocking is hardwired inot the two player game. Let the (good natured and kind hearted) two player battles...

Hi Warts Blocking is totally fine. My thoughts: 1. The two player game of Azul can be a lot more aggressive than at other player counts.
