Re: Can we Have Option for Block/No Blocking Games for People Who Hate SABOTAGE Players?

Sorry this is not cheating, open a dictionary Also, I'm not "trying to enforce a rule", where do you see that ? Learn to read. I'm inviting people to blacklist unfair players with unfair moves that ruin the experience of the game. If you are happy to do such moves and play with such playe...

Re: Arena mode.

I’ve played a game where both my opponent and I had 4 columns filled and neither of us were able to get a playable set of dice combination for 4 turns. It now gets to a point where it’s 99% luck instead of like 75% luck with 3 column games. So I’m out on this season Are we sure that 5 columns is mo...

Sure. I am talking about this purely in the context of being able to complete a column from the start in one turn.

Re: "Best" column combinati

Thanks for this. I am not sure the choice of column to advance on is quite right. I think of the choice is between a move that leaves you three from the top of column 7 or 2 from the top of column 11, you'd probably rather column 7. It must be better odds to get 3 sevens than 2 elevens. Hmm, I thin...

Re: please correct this game name

paid players get 2/12 finish in one round. If you are on 2-7-8, you are over 30% to complete a column if you roll until you finish a column. Maybe some players are aware of this and run them up, giving themselves a chance to complete a column in one turn. I seldom encounter a player who is willing ...

Re: "Best" column combination

Take two: choose the move that will leave you closest to the top (in terms of number of steps) of that column. So if you are on step 1 of col 2 and step 8 of col 7, a 2 will put you one space from the top but a 7 will put you 4 from the top, so choose the 2. The other hand if you’re on step 2 of co...

Re: "Best" column combination

If 6-8-10 and 6-8-9 had the same failure rate, 6-8-10 would be better because 10 is two steps shorter.

Is 6-7-11 (90.0%) better than 6-7-10 (90.3%)? You give up 0.3% but 11 is two steps closer.

Re: "Best" column combination

Having fun with computer skills... 6-7-8 gives you a 29% chance of running the 6 or 8 4-6-8 gives you a 28% chance of running the 4 7-8-12 gives you a 24% chance of running the 12 Now, in real life, you don't target a specific column, you just push the one that has the most progress. I haven't calc...

For the optimists amongst us, it means a 73% chance of surviving three rolls.

Re: "Best" column combination

Interesting question which is practically impossible to answer mathematically without Monte Carlo random simulation. If I may chose the starting numbers, I would choose 6-7-12. These numbers have a high probability not to bust (over 90%, if I remember correctly) and getting two more 12s has some de...
