Board Game Arena

This is one of my favorite board games and I've love to play test the alpha version.

While I appreciate the creativity and strategy that go into many board games, I find myself troubled by the tone and framing of this one. The language of “discovering new lands,” “expanding empire,” and “crushing everyone” evokes the history—and ongoing reality—of settler colonialism and violence ag...

I would also very much welcome Tuscany since I enjoy it much better than the base game. As it is I almost always play the Steam/iOS versions which fully implement Tuscany unless I have a friend on BGA who really want to play.

What's with all these games with made-up words for names that I've never heard of before? How about Eclipse? The Thing? Hegemony? Etc....

I would LOVE "On Mars" to be on BGA! I would play it so much more often.... hoping for one day!

Yes, Eclipse 2nd Dawn is my favorite game, maybe top three, and I would so love for it to be implemented here!
