I don't think so because they had a pretty high ELO score.

Is there some way I can email moderators or report something to them directly?

Ok. Actually I think they have temporarily deactivated their account, knowing I was going to report them.

How to report someone who blocked me?

A player was very abusive to me, then as soon as the match finished, he blocked me. I can’t view his profile so I can’t report him. What do I do?
